DESCRIPTION: Step Frame for Realtor / Real Estate or other types of yard signs:
At slightly over 2lbs, the light weight USA Step Frame sign frame makes for effortless portability. The integral foot stirrup makes setup easy — rock it side to side slightly while pushing down with your foot and you're there! Unlike many frames currently in the market, the USA Step Frame will give off no oily residue or chipped paint, but the real bonus — NO FASTENERS REQUIRED! Like all of our products, the USA Step Frame is manufactured with cycled, fiberglass reinforced high density composite. It includes a FREE Spider-Rider that clips right onto the top or side of the frame, allowing you to add a corrugated rider sign.

DIMENSIONS: 25.5” across body, 39.5” tall

RECOMMENDED SIZE/TYPE OF SIGNAGE: Our realtor-style sign frames accept either metal or corrugated plastic 18" x 24" substrates that simply slip into place — no sharp edges or screw heads sticking out. FYI, the frame covers less than 0.5” on the outside edges of the sign where it’s held in place. Supports substrates of 4mm Coroplast or smaller, or .032 – 040 metal.

Great Product, Definitely gives the old standard yard sign a better look.
Good alternative to expensive real estate frames.
A little flimsy to step into the ground sometimes, but all in all good product at a very affordable price.

Great product!

Very well made (in the USA) product. These work great for posting our property to keep trespassers away. Easily accommodates 18x24 foam board. My only recommendation would be to add some holes in the frame for zip ties as the foam board can be blown out in high winds. Easily rectified with a 3/16" hole drilled in each corner. Shipping was very fast. I am extremely satisfied. Thanks for making a great American made product!
